2. Measurements & Fittings

• Customers are responsible for providing correct measurements.
  
• If measurements are taken by us, one trial fitting (if needed) is included; additional trials may incur extra charges.
  
• Any design change requested after stitching has begun will be charged additionally.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices may vary depending on design, fabric type, and customization.
  
• Advance payment may be required to start the work.
  
• Completed orders will only be delivered after full payment is received.
  
• Payments are non-refundable for custom-made garments.

4. Order Time & Delivery

• Delivery time is estimated based on workload and design complexity.
  
• Delays may occur due to high demand, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.
  
• Express/urgent orders may involve additional charges.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders cannot be cancelled once stitching or cutting has started.
  
• Refunds are not applicable for customized orders, measurement errors by customers, or fabric issues such as shrinking or color   bleeding.
• If an order is not collected within 30 days, we are not responsible for damage or loss.

6. Fabric & Material Responsibility

• Customers must provide high-quality fabric/material for best results.
  
• We are not responsible for fabric defects, tears, shrinkage, or color issues that occur during stitching or ironing.
  
• If we provide fabric, availability and warranty depend on supplier quality.

7. Alterations Policy

• Minor adjustments (based on original measurements) may be offered within 3 days of delivery.
• Major changes or redesign requests will be charged as a new service.

8. Website Usage

• All content on this website (text, images, designs, logos) belongs to SP cotton
  
• Copying, using, or redistributing content without permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy

• Customer details, measurements, and order information are kept confidential and used only to deliver the requested service.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Damages caused by poor-quality fabric.
• Errors due to customer-provided measurements.
